Terms of Service

By accessing or using igniumtalent.com or apply-os.igniumtalent.com (collectively, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and any founding partner application you submit through it. They do not govern the operational services provided under a signed Ignium client agreement — those are governed by a separate contract executed between you and Ignium.

Ignium is an operational infrastructure company for accounting firms, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. We operate Ignium OS, a management platform for remote accounting teams, and provide talent sourcing, vetting, and placement services.

Submission of a founding partner application does not guarantee acceptance. Ignium reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

The founding partner pricing ($500/month) is available exclusively to firms accepted into the founding partner cohort before May 2026. This rate is locked for accepted founding partners for the duration of their continuous active subscription.

Ignium reserves the right to modify standard pricing, features, and availability of Ignium OS at any time. Founding partner rate locks do not apply to firms that cancel and subsequently resubscribe.

Spot availability is limited. Publication of remaining spots on the Site reflects our best current estimate and may change without notice.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to copy, design, graphics, terminology (including "Management Debt," "Operational Truth," "Daily Pulse," "Surgical Strike," and "Glass Box Recruiting") — is the property of Ignium and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

You may share links to our published content (blog posts, landing pages) for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Ignium does not warrant that:

• The Site will be available at all times without interruption
• The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current at all times
• The Site is free from errors or security vulnerabilities

All pricing, availability, and service descriptions published on the Site are subject to change. The Site is for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer unless documented in a signed client agreement.

The financial figures referenced on this Site (hourly rates, management debt calculations, pricing comparisons) are estimates based on industry averages and our operational experience. They are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes for your firm.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignium and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Site or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed $100.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (including LinkedIn, our landing page application form, and external analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignium and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information in an application.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in Orleans Parish, Louisiana for any such dispute.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes will be posted on this page with reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ignium regarding your use of this Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.
