Information you give us directly
When you submit a founding partner application, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your firm name
- Your responses to application questions
We do not collect payment information on this site.
We do not collect Social Security numbers or financial account data.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we automatically collect:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The device and browser you're using
- Your approximate geographic location (city/region level)
- How you arrived at our site (referral source, UTM parameters)
- IP address

How we collect it
Cookies

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
We share data with the following service providers solely to operate our business:
- Google LLC — analytics (Google Analytics 4)
- LinkedIn Corporation — analytics (Insight Tag)
- Lovable — website hosting and infrastructure
- Our email provider — for application follow-up communications
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their data handling. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We will disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
How long we keep your data
Application data
We retain application submissions for 12 months from the date of submission. If you become a client, we retain relevant information for the duration of our business relationship and for 3 years thereafter for compliance purposes.
Analytics data
Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings (14 months by default). We do not export or store analytics data independently.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to deletion
You can request that we delete your personal data. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
Right to correction
You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
Right to opt out
California residents may opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data, so this right is automatically satisfied.

Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Our platform uses row-level security, role-based access controls, and encrypted data transmission.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately at ops@igniumtalent.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and applicants. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
